Since its inception, Body Plan has helped many Australians reach their potential. We use a hybrid full body transformation system, encompassing the three pillars of successful weight loss:

Exercise

We will work with you as you follow a training program designed especially for you. We’ll make sure you are using the correct form to minimise any risks, and gradually increase difficulty as your fitness level increases.

Nutrition

Equally important is nutrition. You can’t lose weight if you’re putting the wrong food into your system! So we will put in place a detailed nutrition plan that is achievable and sustainable.

Accountability

You need to make sure you’re staying on track. We will check in with you to ensure you are on the right path. Everyone falls off the wagon at times, and we’ll be there to reassure you and get you back on track.
