While you Wait: Six Steps to Generate Leads from a Waitlist.

1. Create an offer or an incentive that encourages sign-ups

Eg. “Join our waitlist and receive 10% off Invisalign Treatments when non-essential dental services resume.”

2. Create a messaging strategy that emphasises how quick and easy it is

Eg. “Can’t wait for a new smile? Enter your details now – it’ll only take a few minutes and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with the next available appointment.”

3. Have your landing page ready

Great landing pages are tailored to the offer so that clean metrics tell you what’s working and what isn’t.

4. Ask patients to provide details and/or attach photos

Using a digital inquiry form, this self-entered information is like the clipboard handed to patients in the waiting room. It’s full of important information that can guide your time, task and patient management.

This is a great point of contact for your administrative or sales staff. During a lull in face-to-face consultations, members of staff can use this information to reach out and get further information about the patient’s issue of concern, update file notes with relevant information.

5. Deliver a code, coupon or voucher when their details are entered

(This can be used for campaigns later and for optimised, proactive scheduling).
